Personal Training

We specialize in functional personal training, corrective exercise, and nutrition for police officers, police recruits, first responders and civilians. 

We have a great understanding of the job demands of first responders and what training they require to successfully perform their job and keep themselves safe. 

We provide different packages, which include one on one training, weekly written workouts and online training.  Training programs are designed specifically for each client accordingly to their goals.

Beast Camp Classes are fun, functional and job specific. The tribe is made up of  a mix of first responders and motivated individuals .  This class will not only improve your fitness level but will also help you smash your next fitness test, whether it be a row test, a Cooper Test or Obstacle Course. 

You don’t have to worry your fitness level, we will help you improve. The tribe is made up of  diverse levels of fitness and all our movements can be modified. You will go at your pace not the pace of others.

There’s plenty of camaraderie at the class. Everybody completes the same workout so everyone understands the level of difficulty of the movements you are doing. You will always hear our tribe encouraging each other. Sometimes there’s even friendly competition.
